Dr. Sharmila Nair, MD, FAAP
Board Certified in Pediatrics
Dr. Nair is a board certified pediatrician. She completed her residency in Pediatrics from the Brooklyn Hospital Center and Cornell University, NY. She completed her research fellowship at NICHD, NIH prior to her residency. Dr. Nair has been in practice in the Sterling area for nine years. She has privileges in Loudoun, Reston, and Fairfax hospitals and has been a preceptor for Shenandoah University's Physician Assistant Program since its inception. She has special interests in neonatology and asthma management. Her hobbies include hiking, cooking and traveling. She is married with one child. She speaks Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarathi, & Tamil.
